Kevin Price BBA Management, West Georgia College, 1976
Kevin has over 25 years experience in commercial and industrial construction. He has operated in all positions in the construction industry and brings this knowledge to bear on all projects. As President of KPGC, Inc. Kevin has total accountability for the company and is ultimately responsible for all operations. Kevin is a hands-on manager, hiring employees and evaluating their performance in all departments – Accounting, Estimating, and Project Management. Kevin is also responsible for overseeing and directing the future path of KPGC, Inc. In addition to the responsibilities of his business, Kevin also has served on the Executive Committee for the Presidents Advisory Board for Varco-Pruden Buildings; he is a past President and board member of the Newton County Chamber of Commerce; past President of the Covington Rotary Club and active member for 20 years; past member of the Board of Directors for the Association of General Contractors of Georgia, past Board Member of First Nations Bank (Chairman of the Audit Committee) and currently a member of Advisory Board to Bank of North Georgia. Due to Kevin’s personal commitment and involvement KPGC, Inc. has grown and expanded but continues to maintain the philosophy of product quality, service to clients and responsibility to the community.
Peter Smith BS Construction Administration, Southern College of Technology, 1990
Peter has over 20 years experience in the industry in various capacities from Superintendent to Estimator to Project Manager. He has extensive experience in construction and has managed commercial and industrial projects across the southeast, including Dillard’s stores and Embassy Suites hotels. Peter is an exceptional Project Manager, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast track environment, assuring that each project is delivered to the client on schedule and within budget. Peter has a thorough knowledge of the construction industry; its people and the projects. He has the unique ability to work with and relate to all KPGC, Inc. employees, subcontractors, and clients. Peter is also the Safety Officer responsible for designing the Safety Plan and presently directs all efforts to develop and employ a productive, safe workforce.
Tom Stephenson, Project Manager BFA Graphic Design,

Tom has over thirty 30 years experience in the commercial construction industry as an estimator, project manager, vice president of bid sales, and vice president of a church division. He also has experience as a residential building contractor. He has extensive experience in the use of pre-engineered buildings in the construction of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects including warehouses, retail outlets, churches and schools. Tom also has the unique ability to work with and relate to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
Wayne Aiken, LEED AP

Wayne has more than fifteen years experience in the construction industry
working on construction projects in the capacity of Engineer, Quality
Supervisor, Estimator, Superintendent, Manager, and Project Executive. He is
a commercial contractor license qualifying party for Georgia & South
Carolina. He has experience in a wide range of projects to include
hospitality, banking, institutional, industrial, commercial and multi-family
residential. He has successfully managed projects funded through federal,
state and local governments as well as privately financed work under
open-bid and negotiated contracts. Wayne is professionally committed to
client satisfaction. His awareness of project delivery, quality, and budget
constraints have earned him repeat client status.
Superintendents
Dave Kingsley
Dave has over 45 years of commercial and industrial experience. Many of his years were spent as a pre-engineered building erector. He owned and operated a steel erection business in the southeast for several years. He has extensive expertise in concrete and steel. His aggressive nature typically lands Dave our most challenging project.
Shawn Herndon
Shawn brings over 20 years of hands on field experience on commercial and industrial construction projects to our organization. His leadership and communication skills make Shawn an effective project superintendent.
Mike Smith
Mike has been in a supervisory role in the construction industry for over 25 years. He has extensive expertise in demolition and renovation work. His professionalism and documentation skills make Mike a valuable superintendent.
Ricky Day
Ricky has over 20 years in the construction industry. His carpentry background has led to a high standard of quality and attention to detail. His good nature and exceptional organizational skills have helped Ricky excel.
Dan Richter
Dan brings over 18 years of field experience on commercial & industrial projects. Dan’s historic renovation background has led to a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
